As the whole network of sites begins to grow, we will continue to grow with it by adding both hardware and bandwidth to the service. For our Shared Service, your bandwidth is included with your account. Is there any tech support?
Yes, we provide tech support either over Skype, or email, in addition to an Admin's Forum for our customers to share tips on and ideas. Support is 24/7 for site admins, and for all site members, we provide support M-F, 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time. Does this support other languages than English?
Currently, no, but we do have plans to add 'localization' to our platform so it can support the addition of new languages. |
